I am so impressed with the whole process - prepping of “Ebony” for a five-day period before shipping, the thoughtful packaging, the quick delivery after in transit, and the very clear instructions on what to do once your fish arrives. I followed the instructions very carefully. Ebony recovered so quickly and by the next day was making a profuse amount of nesting bubbles. He is beautiful, apparently happy, and doing quite well. Thanks so much.

My guy arrived with some tail damage which is common during the shipping process for long finned bettas from what I understand, he is my first non chain pet store purchase.
