Fluval Betta Aquarium Kit 20l

We drove from Baltimore to visit the store in person, hoping to get some advice and possibly some ideas about what kind of tank to purchase for our new betta. We were recieved by everyone at the store SO kindly, and after getting an incredible amount of helpful information on preparing for and taking care of our betta, we chose to purchase this tank kit.

It was really helpful that it was "all in one" and the unique shape of the tank was perfect for our small space! Before we purchased, the employee checked over the tank to ensure there were no cracks or imperfections (it was a display tank) and we've had zero problems with it since setting it up!

Set up was easy, especially after watching some helpful YouTube videos, and we've been loving it ever since!

This substrate was recommended to us by one of the store employees while we were purchasing our new tank kit in person, and we have loved it! The particles are small and the mix of colors is nice, they look great!

Just finished setting up my Hydra 17gal. rimless aquarium, Matt was great help and his recommended substrate for my planted system was spot on. Can't wait (but I will be patient) to go back and pick out some fish.

We used turbo start and have moved through nitrogen cycle is a little over a week! Easy to use.

Healthy and active with a striking coloration

I love everything about my betta. She’s beautiful, energetic and healthy,

These fish are developing into gorgeous, peaceful little catfish and i couldn't be happier with them.

I love my galaxy koi betta, she's half the flare of the tank, super inquisitive, always the first to hover around my hand or tweezers, will eat food right out of the tongs or fingers, explores more of the tank than almost all the other fish and it's fun to watch her poke around and squeeze through every nook and cranny checking things out, and she's spicy, but not too spicy, she doesn't bother the shrimp grazing in the open or the suckers usually, the tetras just get chased for a second, nothing serious, and she's befriended the pygmy sparkling gourami which is really cute. I wasn't super into bettas, but this breed changed my mind

I got four of these little guys, they're cute, playful, and scour my 10g tall from top to bottom, it's enjoyable to watch and they're very cute.

Wonderful additions to my tanks, they're so active and comb all my substrate and hard scape, very fun to watch and great little cleaners and live up to their reputation, I go to do some work in the tank and next thing I know it's on my arm/hand cleaning my skin.

Absolutely beautiful fish, and has a huge personality, very inquisitive and has explored more of the tank top to bottom than any of my other fish, and always likes to see what's going on when I do some work in the tank.

Having a dedicated place for the heater keeps an in-tank system clean and clutter free.

I came into Splashyfish to grab some media and tell Mr. Nguyen about my next aquascaping project. He recommended me the BRS Liquid Super Glue and the activator spray to go with it. I’ve used just regular super glue from a hardware store in the past but this works just as well if not better. The activator he recommended was a lifesaver when it came to working in a small 3 gal space where I didn’t want to be crammed up holding things to dry. He gave me some additional advice as well for how to get what I was looking for, and now I’ve ended up with my favorite hardscape i’ve ever assembled.

These Sweet little Coreys are super energetic. They’re funny to watch; the way they wiggle all over the tank and borrow their little heads in the sand gives me a smile everyday. They seem to have formed a happy active school, of only 5. The don’t let the silver tip tetras bother them and they are harmonious with the Honey Gourami.
